Effective date: May 12, 2026

RightClick (“RightClick,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to therightclick.com (the “Site”) and any related services we offer, including lead forms we run through advertising platforms such as Google Ads.

1. Who we are
RightClick provides managed IT, cybersecurity, and AI consulting services to businesses in New Jersey, Connecticut, and the surrounding region. If you have questions about this policy or your data, you can contact us at the address listed in Section 11.

2. Information we collect
a) Information you give us directly. When you contact us through our website, request a consultation, submit a form, or correspond with us by email or phone, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, job title, and the contents of your message.
b) Information collected through Google Ads lead forms. We run lead-generation ads on Google Ads. When you submit one of those forms, Google shares with us the information you provided — typically your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and company name — along with information about the ad you responded to. We use this information solely to contact you about RightClick’s services. Google’s handling of that data is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.
c) Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).
d) Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics), advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta), and from publicly available business sources.

3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
– respond to your inquiries and contact you about the services you’ve asked about;
– provide, maintain, and improve our services;
– send you service-related communications and, where permitted, marketing communications about RightClick services that may be relevant to your business;
– measure and improve the performance of our advertising and website;
– detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, or other harmful activity; and
– comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We will not sell your personal information, and we will not use information collected through Google Ads lead forms for any purpose other than contacting you about RightClick services and improving our advertising performance.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (e.g., when you submit a form or opt in to marketing); the performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our business; and compliance with legal obligations.

5. How we share your information
We share personal information only as described below:
– Service providers. Hosting providers, email and CRM platforms, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and similar vendors that process data on our behalf under written agreements.
– Advertising and analytics partners. Including Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics) and similar platforms, for the purposes described in Section 7.
– Professional advisors. Lawyers, accountants, and auditors, as needed.
– Legal and safety. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RightClick, our clients, or others.
– Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.

6. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Lead-form submissions are typically retained in our CRM for the duration of the business relationship and a reasonable period afterward.

7. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support advertising. This includes Google Analytics and Google Ads (including conversion tracking and remarketing). These tools may set cookies that allow us and Google to recognize your browser across sites.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on, and you can manage Google’s advertising cookies at https://adssettings.google.com.

8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at the address in Section 11. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.

9. Children’s privacy
The Site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
