After earning his BBA from the University of Michigan, David built his career on Wall Street before discovering his true passion for people-focused work. He quickly established himself as a talented recruiter, earning the 2016 Fairchester Recruiter of the Year award. David co-founded RightClick with Mark and has been instrumental in growing the firm into a leading IT staffing organization. Recognizing a gap in the market, David expanded the company’s capabilities by creating RightClick Technology, which now delivers comprehensive MSP and IT Services solutions to clients. No matter the challenge, David brings creativity and strategic thinking to help clients find the right IT solutions. Outside the office, David enjoys golfing and spending quality time with his three children. He’s passionate about mentoring the next generation and recently served as Head Coach of the Staples High School basketball team.

After graduating from the University of Michigan, Mark spent over a decade in management consulting, partnering with Fortune 500 companies on major initiatives including software implementations, business process reengineering, and organizational change. Following his MBA from NYU, Mark channeled his entrepreneurial drive into founding Soho Partners, where he led large-scale organizational transformation engagements. He brought that expertise to RightClick, co-founding the firm and launching its consulting division, which has since placed thousands of candidates in both Direct Hire and Contract roles. Most recently, Mark partnered with David to launch RightClick Technology, expanding the firm’s ability to serve clients end-to-end. Outside of RightClick, Mark enjoys spending time with his two children, playing golf at Birchwood Country Club, and competing in his pickleball league.
